Contact details you give us; what you tell us in an enquiry; the answers you give in the Healthspan Test, including information about your physical health; and limited technical data needed to run the site securely.
Your health data
The Healthspan Test asks about your physical health. We use those answers to produce your result and to follow up about training. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them for anything else.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries; to send your Healthspan Test result; to arrange sessions; to run and secure the website; and to meet legal obligations.
Consent
By submitting your details you consent to us using them for the stated purpose. You can withdraw consent by contacting us, though it may limit what we can do for you.
Disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, forms, email and scheduling, and share data with them only as needed. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Overseas transfer
Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
