Horizon Wellness Club is operated by Limitless Wellness Pte. Ltd. This policy covers information collected through our website, enquiries and Healthspan Test, and related follow-up.
What we collect
Contact and enquiry details you provide; Healthspan Test responses, scores and reports, including health information; and limited device, referral and usage information. Our hosting and embedded-service providers also process technical request data to deliver and secure their services.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp, arrange services, prevent abuse and improve the website. We use Healthspan information only to produce and send your report and for related follow-up, not for advertising. An enquiry or test submission is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Website analytics
First-party analytics run by default, using temporary browser identifiers to measure visits, clicks, scrolling, test progress and referral sources. We also create click-location maps and count crawler and link-preview requests. These first-party events exclude contact details, test answers and scores and are not sent to advertising platforms. We do not record typed input or session replays; click-location maps exclude forms and the questionnaire. There is no on-site analytics prompt or toggle. Optional page-engagement tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We also honour opt-outs saved through our earlier analytics settings. These choices do not affect access to the site or test. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits, enquiries and ad performance. They use cookies, follow the same Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and saved opt-out choices, and do not run on the Healthspan questionnaire.
Providers and sharing
We use hosting, forms, storage, email and booking providers as needed for these purposes. Information may be processed overseas, where we take steps to ensure protection comparable to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. We may disclose information where legally required. Linked services such as WhatsApp and Rezerv, and embedded reviews, have their own privacy practices and may process technical data. We do not sell personal data.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data and keep it only while needed for the stated purposes or legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Public-page analytics and crawler records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; this period does not apply to enquiry or Healthspan records.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy question or complaint. We may verify your identity and apply exceptions allowed by law. Withdrawing consent may limit the services we can provide; we will explain any consequences.
